Cancellation
Policy
There is no fee if notification is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Notification that is given 24-5 hours prior to the appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service. Failure to cancel your appointment with more than 5 hours notice will result in a 100% charge for the time you reserved.
If you are experiencing symptoms of infection you must reschedule. Infections that can be spread throughout your body or transmitted from person to person are contraindications for massage. Please notify your therapist 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Clients experiencing symptoms at the time of arrival will be billed in full for the session and forfeit the appointment.
New Clients/ Booking Policy
All new client bookings start with a short phone call to discuss your reasons for seeking massage, answer any questions, review policies, and make sure we are a good fit for each other.
Once booked, my time is reserved for you, and only you, which is why I require a credit card on file or prepayment to schedule and guarantee your appointment. It will only be charged in the event that you do not adhere to the Cancellation Policy.
Please fill out the Health Intake Form that was sent to your email upon booking. This form and the agreements contained therein must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of your session.
Late Policy
In the event that I am running behind for your appointment, you will still receive the full amount of time scheduled. If your schedule would not allow for the adjustment, you will be credited the extra time towards a future massage.
